Reason for choosing MBK

After moving into their new home to downsize, Mr & Mrs E soon discovered that their existing walk-in bath no longer met their needs. Looking for a more practical and modern solution, they were recommended to MBK and having looked on the internet they arranged a home consultation and bathroom survey.

Main Bathroom:

The brief was to create a stylish, low-maintenance bathroom that would encourage a change in bathing habits, while also providing much-needed storage.

Working closely with the homeowners, MBK designed a contemporary walk-in shower featuring a 1700mm shower slate effect non-slip tray, complemented by a Kudos 800mm glass shower panel with a 500mm Roller deflector enabling easy access near the vanity basin. An Aqualisa Quartz pumped digital shower completed the space, providing a luxurious and easy-to-use showering experience.

To maximise both style and practicality, the basin and WC were integrated into elegant Calypso fitted furniture in a beautiful Soft Green finish. This not only concealed unsightly pipework and waste but also introduced valuable storage, helping to keep the room neat and clutter-free.

The shower enclosure was finished with durable Multipanel wall panels, while the remaining walls were tiled to half height with attractive Verona tiles, creating a timeless and cohesive look.

Underfoot, Camaro rigid core luxury vinyl tiles in a Grey Flagstone effect provided a hard-wearing, comfortable flooring solution that perfectly complemented the overall design.

The completed bathroom offers Mr & Mrs E a modern, practical space that better suits their lifestyle, combining accessibility, comfort and clever storage with a fresh, contemporary finish.
