Kitchen Transformation
The brief was to maximise storage and floor space while creating a brighter, more modern kitchen that would better suit everyday living.
By reconfiguring the layout and introducing smarter storage solutions, we were able to make the most of every inch of available space. The finished design features sleek true handle less slab-style cabinetry, perfectly matching the clients’ vision for a clean, contemporary look. The kitchen was manufactured by Ashley Ann, a Scottish company, in a Melamine flat panel door in Cashmere. The Appliances were all Neff products and we added a Quooker hot water tap for pure luxury.
Polyflor Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring laid in an elegant oak herringbone pattern adds warmth and character, while a stunning solid quartz worktop with a fine gold grain provides a durable, premium finish. To help the clients find the perfect surface, we arranged a visit to our trusted quartz supplier, where they explored hundreds of full-size slabs before selecting the ideal complement to their new kitchen.

Main Bathroom
The aim for the main bathroom was to create a fresh, modern space with significantly improved storage.
A Calypso fitted handle less vanity unit was installed with additional storage and a semi recessed basin, providing generous concealed storage while maintaining a clean, uncluttered appearance. This was complemented by a large mirrored wall cabinet, offering even more practical storage without compromising on style. A large Kudos Pinnacle 8 quadrant semi frameless shower enclosure replaced the original shower enclosure incorporating a non-slip shower tray. A standard Portland 1700mm bath was installed and a comfort height toilet from the Imex range. The walls were finished with a combination of marble effect tiles and a light green paint. A stylish white ladder towel radiator was installed to improve both heating performance and the overall aesthetic. An Aqualisa digital Quartz shower was installed.
The room was completed with oak-effect Polyflor Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring, bringing warmth, durability and a natural wood finish to the contemporary design.
En-Suite
The en-suite was redesigned to feel brighter, more spacious and better equipped for everyday use.
Replacing the existing pedestal basin with a modern Veldeau vanity unit instantly introduced valuable storage while enhancing the room’s contemporary appearance. A stylish white ladder towel radiator was installed to improve both heating performance and the overall aesthetic. The box work behind the toilet was removed increasing the floor space. A large Kudos Pinnacle 8 quadrant semi frameless shower enclosure replaced the original shower enclosure incorporating a non-slip shower tray. An Aqualisa Blue digital shower was installed.
To maximise the sense of light and space, large-format white tiles with a subtle marble effect were fitted within the shower enclosure and around the room to half height. Finished with crisp white painted walls above, the result is a bright, elegant en-suite that feels fresh, modern and inviting.
The room was completed with Polyflor Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring, bringing warmth, durability and a tile effect finish to the contemporary design.
